General Terms and Conditions of Sale – Aparthotel 9 Alberti

1. Preamble

These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter the “GTC”) apply to any reservation made with Aparthotel 9 Alberti, located at 9 rue Alberti, 06000 Nice (hereinafter “the Establishment”) whether via the Establishment’s website or via third-party platforms such as Booking.com.

The Aparthotel 9 Alberti establishment belongs to the rental company SAS RONA NICE, registered under SIRET number 979 187 366 00013, whose headquarters are at 107 Avenue de Gairaut, 06100, Nice.

2. Booking and Payment

  • Booking confirmation: The booking is considered firm upon receipt by the customer of a confirmation email at the email address they have provided (mandatory).
  • Standard booking (flexible rate): The booking requires a valid credit card number for the duration of the stay. This card may be charged by SAS RONA NICE in the event of cancellation fees, subject to the terms and conditions and limits stipulated. All cancellations must be notified to the establishment at least 2 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. After this deadline, 100% of the stay will be charged. No-shows, in the absence of prior cancellation, will be subject to the aforementioned cancellation policy. 
  • Non-cancellable, non-refundable reservation (non-refundable rate): No cancellations, exchanges, changes of date or person, or refunds will be possible for this type of reservation. No refunds will be issued in case of no-show. Regardless of the circumstances, 100% of the stay remains payable to SAS RONA NICE. 
  • Payment Terms: Prices are quoted and payable in euros. They are inclusive of VAT, per accommodation, per night, for the chosen dates and length of stay. The rate includes water and electricity. Tourist taxes and optional services are not included in the rental price. Accepted payment methods are Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards. Checks are not accepted. Payment is made exclusively online at the time of booking, via booking platforms or directly on the establishment’s website, to the rental company SAS RONA NICE. 

 3. Arrival and Departure

  • Check-in: Arrivals are from 3:00 PM.
  • Early check-in  : subject to room availability. Aparthotel 9 Alberti reserves the right to refuse an early check-in request without having to justify its decision. 
  • The guest must request early check-in no later than 2 days before their arrival date, by phone or email. Aparthotel 9 Alberti will confirm the possibility of early check-in in writing (email, SMS).
  • Check-out: Departures must be before 11:00 AM.
  • Access Procedure: Access codes for check-in and check-out are communicated to the client 2 days before their arrival in writing (email, SMS).

4. Accommodation

  • Amenities: Accommodations are equipped with: air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, bed linen, toiletries, hairdryer, iron, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, cleaning products, washing machine, microwave, towels.
  • Security: The establishment is equipped with video surveillance, safes and smoke detectors.

5. Internal Regulations

  • Animals: Animals are not allowed.
  • Children: Children under 6 years old are not allowed.
  • Tobacco and Vaping: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in the establishment.
  • Quiet Hours: Silence must be observed between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.

6. Additional Services

  • Paid Services: The establishment offers paid services such as airport transfers, guided tours, or housekeeping on request.

Simplicity : Book online or by phone, a driver will be waiting for you upon arrival.

Customized rates based on your needs (number of people, luggage, schedules, etc.).

– Housekeeping on request

Includes a change of towels and bed linen, as well as a complete cleaning of the kitchen and bathroom. Ideal for a truly relaxing stay.

  • Free services: luggage storage for arrivals and departures, high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property, including rooms, tourist maps and brochures for Nice and its surroundings.
