The story of the Aparthotel begins with Francesco d’Alberti di Villanova, born in Nice on September 21, 1737. Early on, he embraced the clergy and developed an interest in literary studies.
This building was constructed in 1876 by François Eyguesier in memory of the renowned writer, and has since served as a residence, hotel, shop, and other business.
Today, we present this luxury Aparthotel, which has 8 rooms and is located a 5-minute walk from Place Massena, 10 minutes from the Old Town and Ponchettes Beach.
